REFUND POLICY

Participants may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of their registration date. All refund requests must be submitted in writing. After the seven (7) day grace period, all registration fees are non-refundable.
Registrations completed within fourteen (14) days of the season start date are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
No refunds, credits, or prorated refunds will be issued for schedule changes, game cancellations, field changes, venue relocations, weather-related disruptions, facility closures, school events, unforeseen field conflicts, acts of God, public health concerns, governmental actions, or any other circumstances beyond the control of NFL Flag Primetime.
NFL Flag Primetime reserves the right to modify schedules, game dates, game times, field locations, division formats, and league operations as necessary. Such changes shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
